We want you to love your new botanical accessories. If there’s an issue with your order, here is how we handle it:
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund to make it right.
- Standard Returns: If you change your mind, we accept returns on standard items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Custom Orders: Because they are made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns on custom design projects. However, we do allow returns/exchanges for custom colors or sizes of our existing planter catalog.
