2. Returns for Non-Leafprints3D Issues: If you need to return an item due to reasons outside of Leafprints3D’s control (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
3. Custom 3D Printing Projects: Please note that we do not accept returns for custom 3D printing projects, except for custom planter sizes or colors. However, if you encounter any issues with your custom project, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
4. Return Cut-Off: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to process returns requested after this period.
